Hélio Faria is a professional dance teacher and sports trainer from Rio de Janeiro in Brasil. He is coming from a Physical Education background (Bachelor made at University of Rio de Janeiro UERJ) and ten years ago he started working in the area of dancing as well. He has already had several appearances on TV such as "Dancing with the Stars" in Brasil. He worked as choreographer for stars in Brasil, gave workshop at events for big companies and made workshops and shows in Brasil, Italy, Germany, Slovenia, Poland and Switzerland. Since 2005 he is working as well as a DJ at parties and events.Helio is also specialist in dance & fitness classes, like Zumba, Axé, Funk and Samba&Fit, with ten years of experience, and in Brazilian dances styles as Samba, Samba de Gafieira, Brazilian Zouk and Forró .

Hélio Faria é profissional de educação física e dança no Rio de Janeiro. Formado pela UERJ - Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro - e especializando-se na relação dança x atividade física, conta com aproximadamente dez anos de experiência no ramo.Dentre inúmeros trabalhos destacam-se o quadro "Dança dos Famosos", uma réplica do internacional "Dancing with the Stars", produzido pela Rede Globo, onde se apresentou com a atriz Babi Xavier. Além de shows e workshops fora do Brasil - Itália, Suíça, Holanda, Eslovenia - e eventos em grandes empresas brasileiras. Destaca-se ainda o trabalho em conceituadas academias no Rio de Janeiro como Velox e Proforma, esta última onde trabalha atualmente.Desde 2005 Hélio ainda trabalha como DJ em casas noturnas e eventos particulares.
